How to Hear the Voice of God

Are you among so many Christians that do not know what it means to hear the voice of God?
First, let me share with you one of my experiences in this regards:

A brother was terribly sick, in fact, he was rushed down home from school because of a stroke attack that came upon him while on campus. I was called to pray for him. After hours of intense prayers, nothing seemed to have changed, well, although his countenance was brighter. But before I left, I said something.
I said, IF BY TOMORROW MORNING YOU DON'T GET UP ON YOUR FEET, WHOLE, THEN, THERE IS NO GOD IN HEAVEN.
Well, you may see this as being rude but, I was deeply angry in my spirit. So, I left.
The following morning, I refused going there to check on my "patient" for fear of intimidation based on what I had said yesterday. However, to my greatest shock, I was called some hours later by the boy's elder sister, that my "patient" was doing SO FINE and that I needed to come and see the miracle God had worked that night on the brother.

....NOW, before I left to see him, I prayed that God should give me a word for him. And, I HEARD THE VOICE OF GOD!!!

God said: TELL HIM TO MEDITATE ON PSALM 30. That was all.
So, when I got to him and told him the message, he was astonished on how accurate that was. In his words: THROUGHOUT THIS MORNING, THAT HAS BEEN THE PORTION OF THE BIBLE THAT I HAVE BEEN READING. BUT DIDN'T UNDERSTAND IT EVEN THOUGH I KEPT LOOKING AT IT.
Well, I was blessed not because he confirmed the word I received from God, but that also, I HEARD GOD WITH SUCH AN OUTSTANDING CLARITY.

BELOVED, truly, God still speaks today to his sheep. Jesus Himself said, MY SHEEP KNOW MY VOICE, A STRANGER'S VOICE THEY WILL NOT FOLLOW. IN FACT, THEY WILL RUN FROM HIM (John 10:4-5)

What prevents most of us from hearing his voice is what I call SPIRITUAL NOISE.

DO YOU WANT TO HEAR GOD'S VOICE?
IT'S SIMPLE!!!

1) Train your spirit to be still. Avoid worries and unnecessary cares.
2) Built an altar for meeting with God daily, observe your quiet time regularly.
3) Meditate always on God's word.
4) Expect to hear God from your spirit, not from your head...nor from the sky.
5) Write down by faith the impressions you receive while in that fellowship with the Spirit.
6) Monitor them closely to see how they turn out in reality.
7) Don't expect to be 100% accurate. But be open and willing to obey that INWARD VOICE of the Spirit. 
8) Keep practicing that art of fellowship with the Spirit of God. The more you do that, the clearer and louder the voice of God becomes in your Spirit.
9) A RIGHTEOUS LIFESTYLE IS MANDATORY. A sinful life is the noise I talked about.
10) Pray always in the Spirit.

Jesus in my Eyes - REINHARD BONNKE

Years ago my music-minister and I were shopping for a new keyboard. It was at noon that we entered a big music-shop in Johannesburg/South Africa. There was a salesman, but he took no notice of us and Adam and I tried out all the keyboards. Suddenly the salesman appeared. He seemed to be in a different mood, something like in a state of shock and said to me “Sir, I can see Jesus in your eyes!” What? The Holy Spirit had entered that shop. To be frank with you, when I read what my Sister, ( Gloria Stevens ) wrote by the inspiration of the Holy Ghost, I REPENTED!!! I promise, this will change your life. JESUS SPEAKING...
