VERY EMOTIONAL: BUT IT'S MY TESTIMONY!!!

 God once shocked me with this question one day when I cried to Him for some spiritual giftings. He replied: CAN I REALLY TRUST YOU, MY SON?
Friends, immediately this question hit me, I paused and pondered for a while if truly I could be trusted with those precious rare gifts of the Holy Spirit.
Well, shame didn't allow me to hide my face, and I quickly ended my prayers. Perhaps, to go in search of the answer to that question!

The following day, I came back. And here I stand before MY HEAVENLY FATHER on the same issue again.
He repeated the same question...But this time I replied: LORD, IF I CAN'T BE TRUSTED, THEN, THE CHRIST IN ME IS USELESS.
I felt He also was hit by that same reply. In the instant, what happened was strange: A CURRENT OF ENERGY SURGED THROUGH MY NERVES, FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. THEN, AS THOUGH ELECTRIFIED, A SENSATION OF WARMTH FLOWED FROM THE CROWN OF MY HEAD TO THE SOLES OF MY FEET, ONLY TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SMALL VOICE IN MY SPIRIT, SAYING "I HAVE HEARD YOU".

See friend, yes, you must be trustworthy to be entrusted with supernatural gifts but, why rely on your perfection when Christ is your perfection? Don't you think for eternity you can't meet that requirement on your own effort?

We rise today and fall tomorrow...yet striving to enter, But Jesus is saying..COME UP HERE, AND TAKE MY HAND. I AM YOUR HELP!

QUIT YOUR WAYS AND FOLLOW HIS!

Years ago my music-minister and I were shopping for a new keyboard. It was at noon that we entered a big music-shop in Johannesburg/South Africa. There was a salesman, but he took no notice of us and Adam and I tried out all the keyboards. Suddenly the salesman appeared. He seemed to be in a different mood, something like in a state of shock and said to me “Sir, I can see Jesus in your eyes!” What? The Holy Spirit had entered that shop. We forgot all about the keyboard and ha d a revival instead. But when I was walking back to my car I kept saying “Lord, I will never understand. How can a total stranger walk up to me and say ‘Sir, I can see Jesus in your eyes’?”. Suddenly the Holy Spirit spoke to me and said “No problem! To be frank with you, when I read what my Sister, ( Gloria Stevens ) wrote by the inspiration of the Holy Ghost, I REPENTED!!! I promise, this will change your life. JESUS SPEAKING...
